Discovery can usually start within five business days, and a full build squad is typically on your project within two to three weeks. Urgent rescues — an unreleased product, a broken migration, an audit deadline — are scheduled as soon as a squad frees up.

You do — source code, infrastructure definitions, documentation and any bespoke models. We sign NDAs and IP assignment up front, and we work inside your repositories and cloud accounts whenever you prefer.

Yes. Roughly half of our engagements are blended: your engineers and ours in one backlog, with paired reviews, shared pipelines and a documented handover plan so the knowledge stays with your team.

You can take everything in-house, or keep us on a support plan with response and resolution targets, monitoring, security patching and a monthly improvement budget. There is no lock-in either way.
